Are Coregasms Real?

I have been reading online about the female coregasm and from what I have read some women are able to become sexually aroused and even reach an orgasm while doing core exercises such as hanging leg lifts that work the lower abdomen. The orgasm usually happens at the point of physical exhaustion from the workout.

Some claim that the coregasm is just a myth and I can't personally attest to the female coregasm but as a male I have been experiencing this phenomenon for years. I don't remember my first coregasm but I have been having them since well before puberty. While climbing the ropes or hanging from a tree branch or playground equipment or doing pull ups I would start to notice a pleasurable feeling between my legs when I reached a certain position. If I held the position and moved just right and tightened the right muscles I would eventually reach what I did not know at the time was a full orgasm.

At that age I did not know about sex or orgasms but I really liked the feeling and it always created strange thoughts in my head that I as an adult now know were sexual thoughts. It takes a lot of physical effort to reach a corgasm and it is physically exhausting and I wasn't sure if it was something I should be doing so I didn't do it often. For some reason I got the sense that this was something I should not be doing and something I should not let anyone know about but when I did do it I knew it felt great.

Some time had passed and I all but forgot about the coregasms or for some reason just hadn't htried to have any in a few years. Then one day sometime around puberty I was walking alone in the woods and started getting horny as pubescent boys tend to do. I started thinking about that feeling I used to get from hanging. I saw an overhead tree branch nearby that looked ideal and since nobody was around I decided to indulge. I jumped up and grabbed the branch and while hanging there started moving my legs around in different positions until I felt that familiar tingle between my legs. It kept getting more intense but this time something different happened. Right at the peak of the wonderful feeling I noticed some throbbing muscular contractions in my lower pelvis. After I was finished I noticed it was a little wet inside my pants. I unzipped my pants and noticed a thick whitish fluid inside my underwear. I soon realized this was semen and maybe that feeling was an orgasm and maybe that is what sex felt like.

At that point I had a new interest in what I called at the time a hanging orgasm. During my teenage years I would often take advantage of a pull up bar, the rafters in the garage, or anything I could hang from in privacy. Fore me growing up the hanging orgasm took the place of masturbation. Maybe this is why I have always had a strong well defined upper body and abs.

i am a male and i have been experiencing this since 4th grade when we did the flexed arm hang for gym class. i find it as an excuse to do pull-ups haha.

I am also male, and have had some experience with coregasms. I used to have a pretty regular exercise routine which included doing a crunch-like exercise with a modifiable resistance. It was one of my favorite exercises, because I made so much progress with it. After some months of doing this routine regularly and increasing the resistance, I began to orgasm. This presented two problems for me. First, it gave exercise something of the flavor of masturbation, which, of course, could make exercise more enjoyable, but could also play games with my motivation and present roadblock to real progress. The other thing that I found, was that although the feeling, in some ways counteracted the pain of exercise causing me to push myself harder, the orgasm itself would destroy my stamina and leave me hardly able to continue.

For the most part, I had the experience with the crunches, but there was one occasion when I experienced orgasm during curls, which, given the stamina issues already mentioned, threatened to end my progress with that exercise, since it is very difficult to exercise evenly when one half of the exercise has caused such a stamina drain.

In the end, my routine was wrecked, and now, with some of life's changes, it would be very hard to start up again. Nevertheless I'll occasionally go back to the routine, and have, on occasion, experienced coregasm.

This happens to me when I do a lot of leg raises or just do a static hold with my legs 12 inches up for more than a couple minutes. Has happened since before puberty and can still do it at over 60.

I wish there was a discussion group for men who can do this. I think it is pretty rare, much rarer than women's coregasms.

To the person above I totally agree! I wish there was a real blog or discussion post where guys from all over could talk about this. It is rare, and that is why it's so cool. Here is my story:

When i was about 11 my family got a pull-up bar in my house. We got it for workout purposes, but I liked to fool around on it, not being really into exercising at that age, naturally. So I did and there was a pleasurable feeling there once in a while, and sometimes I liked to do chin-ups and stuff on it before I showered.

So one day I reached a climax while doing a lot of stuff on the bar. I was like maybe 12 or 13 years old. And it was right before I was getting into the shower so I was totally naked. I remember it clear as day, I came all over the floor and it freaked me out. I had no idea what it was. So I cleaned it up and all but days later after my initial shock I still didn't know what it was but that it was very pleasurable.

Next chance I got I tried it again, and low and behold with some upper body workouts, abs primarily, I discovered I could do it on command if I tried hard enough. Mostly abs workouts to exhaustion was what did it. Funny part was this hurt my testicles a lot after I ejaculated, like they ached really bad for a minute, but after doing it more and more in privacy it eventually didn't hurt them anymore, so I kept doing it when I could.

After a while I realized I had ripped abs coming in too, and by looking at them and watching them flex I could reach what I now know is a coregasm a lot quicker, and easier. I developed different techniques like tucking it under my legs and such, along with different abs workouts that allowed me to do this, so for me it served as my childhood masturbation. And after a while my abs were insanely shredded, it looked like they were carved because when I did this it allowed me to go past my maximum reps and feel the climax, not the workout, as I peaked. After the high stopped I would feel extreme fatigue and be out of breath but the actual experience is super pleasurable and you're getting a fantastic workout at the same time so that was great.

I don't do this as much as I used to anymore, but now I can do it better than ever, by just letting it hang and not touching it once, or with many different workouts. Let me tell you there are few people on the planet who are still under 20 to this day with more defined abs than me. :)

And as the comment above states I wish we could have an anonymous discussion board because this is so rare apparently, and most people think only girls can do it, but I have been doing it for many years, so that is NOT the case.

They are real, and they are fantastic!

Now I can get them regularly: first watch a little bit of porn, and then, while sitting on a chair, elevate myself with my arms firmly in the cushion. If I do this for 20, 30 seconds, I start feeling it. It comes quickly if the legs are not bent.

Just discovered this post... I figured I wasn't the only guy experiencing it, but it's rare to find a discussion of it. (I don't think there are many of us.) I'm a male in his 30s and I've been doing this since I was 12 or 13. My first experience was from climbing a rope in gym class (which seems to be more common), but I figured out I could get the same result while doing pull-ups and then incorporating hanging leg raises. Did a ton of those as a teenager.

Over the years I've found more "go-to" exercises to achieve this. The main ones have been:
- L-sit (from the floor or from a chair, like in the post above)
- L-sit pull-ups
- Hanging windshield wipers (from pull-up bar)
- Dragon flags (like Stallone in Rocky IV)

Pretty much anything that works the lower abs to exhaustion, with feet not touching the ground, usually does the trick. I hope this comment helps somebody out!

Hi guys i too am a fellow corgasmer in my late teens, i have a similar story to many of u guys wherein i first felt the feeling way before puberty etc etc. However i cannot masturbate normally. The only way i can cum is from chin ups. Im still a virgin and getting quite nervous abt what to do when i first get laid!!! Can anyone relate?? Any advise? yeah, ive had this same thing since I was about 8, mostly get it from pull/chin ups when I reach exhaustion. Always thought it was really cool and kinda weird, didn't know what it was but liked how it felt. btw why setup a site? someone can just create a discord channel and post the invite link here.

I'm not like the majority, I didn't experience it since being little.

I stumbled upon some videos and info about it, and I tried it (I'm 20). It was hard at the beginning, not being used to exercise that much... I just tried on a chair, because I don't have a pull-up bar, and I don't want to do it in the gym xD

Now I can't do it for a few months for health reasons, but when I'm fully recovered, I'm gonna enjoy it as much as I can! And try different things.

I wish someone made a forum or something to talk about it. It's not common but I think many people can do it if they try.

Before I had one first at age 14 I had no Idea that there was anything like this. I can still remember getting to the last of my chin up set and felt this weird tingling feeling in my lower abs and genitals. I diddnt think much of it so I went on with my set and before I knew it I had one. I was really scared so I jumped on Google to see if there was something wrong with me. After finding that it was real and that I wasn't the only one to have one I started practicing and now I can have a full coregasm in less than 3 minutes.

I am a female, and would like to tell you that yes, females experience this as well. I was probably 8-9 as well when I noticed this really good feeling when climbing the ropes in gym. I did not understand it. But I soon discovered I can get the same feeling using the slide down pole in the school playground. I could achieve an orgasm from this. But it's different then a normal orgasm with sex. But just as great in it's own way! We did not live to far from the playground so when ever I felt like it, I would head there. Of course, I would make sure no-one was around. Needless to say, I had a very tight core due to this. I once asked my friend when we were in the playground if she ever felt this on the pole and she said never. Nor have I ever met or saw anyone else ever do this. As I got older, I was very good at the flexed arm hang and almost beat the most muscular guy our age at school and again, I would still get that great feeling from doing this. As I continued to get older, I could always improvise in how to do this core exercise and achieve and orgasm. If at the gym, when working my legs hard, I would get that great feeling as well, but I don't think there would be anyway to orgasm from it.
